I’m looking for a place to rent in downtown Victoria, any suggestions?

What I'm looking for:

• Downtown Victoria (or walkable in under 10 minutes)
• Nice (ok, this is subjective I guess)
• My desk is 5 feet square, so I need a room that can fit it
• Must be able to get really fast internets

Things that aren't required but would be awesome:

• View of water
• Loft
• Wood fireplace
• BBQs permitted
• Wood, concrete or heated floors
• Character
• Hot tub
