Privacy

I'm using this page as the list of privacy issues to be resolved.

National:

• Does your country have both jurisdictional and sectoral privacy laws?
• Does your country have regulators that enforce those laws?
• Do organizations and/or people under those privacy laws actually care about the repercussions for violating that country's privacy laws?

Organizational:

• Do you know who your organization's privacy officer is?

As a human:

• Do you feel there are real repercussions if your privacy is violated?
• When/Is there a time when it's OK to be recorded without your consent? My suggestion is *only* if you're violating someone else's.
