Positivity and Gratitude
Last night I got to hang out with Mohammed Alsaleh, one of the first Syrian refugees in Vancouver/British Colombia at the PeaceGeeks Christmas party.
He was full of gratitude, said thanks for everything that happened throughout the night. He ear-to-ear smiled the entire night. He hugged everyone in the room. His energy and positivity was infectious.
He has a body full of scars after 4 months of torture before coming here.
It made me wonder how many of us have the same impact on those around us. Why isn't someone writing a blog article like this about their experience with you?
What would be the blog article someone would write about you, and if that's not the same as the ideal projection of yourself in your own mind, what will it take to change that?
